Lifenotes #23 - February 2025

It wasn't until I was about to publish my March 2025 notes that I realised I'd never published the February 2025 ones. So, here we have 2 pushed out at more or less the same time. I hope that doesn't cause too many headaches with those following along using RSS.

Highlights

• The start of the 2025 Rugby Six Nations mens championship so a few trips to the pub to watch the matches with the rugby gang.

New things

• Switched to using WG Tunnel to manage Wireguard for our mobile clients. More details in my blog post
• Back to teaching myself Ansible for managing my home lab. This time, I seem to be doing a better job of having it maintain impotency. I'm also making a lot more use of roles to make things more modular.

• LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - we've had the game for ages so it's about time to get going and as usual with the Lego based games, knowing the films helps with some of the achievements and hidden bonuses.
